Plugin user guide
A screen-by-screen tour of the Sorb plugin (Canopy). If you're new, start with Getting started to install and connect, then use this guide to learn each view in depth.

What the plugin does
The Sorb plugin lives in Figma's plugin panel (380 × 560 px) and connects your Figma Variables to a running app. From it you can:
- Edit tokens in an editable table and preview the result in your real product.
- Materialize captured components into Figma as native nodes with live Variable bindings.
- Configure the connection URLs and insert behavior.
The three views
Tokens View
The primary workspace — an editable token table with sync and live-preview actions.
Storybook View
Materialize captured components into Figma as native nodes with Variable bindings.
Settings View
Connection URLs (bridge, app, Storybook) and insert behavior — all persisted locally.
Connect flows
The three ways to connect: local, handshake invite, and org key.
How to open
Plugins → Sorb (or via Figma's plugin search, once installed from the Community). Figma desktop is required.
